Harry E. McFarland Age 87, of Zelienople, passed away on Tuesday September 3, 2024, after a short illness at UPMC McCandless Hospital.
Born November 23, 1936, in Braddock, he was the son of the late Charles P. and Mary Mulkerin McFarland.
He servered in the Army, and then joined the Marine Corp. After the Marines, he then went on to work for State Pipe retiring in 1999.
He was a member of Harmony-Zelienople Unitied Methodist Church. He was a proud member of the Zelienople Post 474 American Legion in Zelienople. He also belonged to the Hungarian Club in Zelienople.
Harry is survived by his 2 sons, Edward (Melissa) McFarland, and Michael (Linda) McFarland. He is also survived by four Brothers, Jim, John, Tom, Dennis, two sisters, Eileen, Linda. Two Granddaughter’s, and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
A celebration of life will be held at, the American Legion Post 474 Zelienople PA on September 21, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M.
