On May 15, 2024, age 73, of North Side, resided in Polk, PA for many years. Son of the late Phillip and Mary (Bosco) D’Amato; loving brother of Madalen and the late John and Phillip D'Amato; brother-in-law of Connie D'Amato; proud uncle of Philip (Valerie), Randy (Gemma) and Alan; great uncle of Alexis, John (Stephanie), Connor and Luke; great great uncle of Kayla, Sydney and Philip Logan. John David was blessed by the love of adopted family at Polk/Verland. Arrangements being handled by Kinsey Volz Funeral Home in Zelienople, PA.
A Memorial service is being planned on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at the Polk Center/ Verland, with Pastor Jim Flaherty, from Community Bible Fellowship. A lunch will be served afterwards.
