Marie S. Andrews, 80, of Zelienople passed, away Monday, February 14, 2011, in U.P.M.C. Passavant in McCandless Township.
She was born on November 12, 1930, in Youngstown, Ohio and was the daughter of the late James P. and Adele Sylester Scanlon.
Mrs. Andrews attended St. Ferdinand Catholic Church in Cranberry Township.
She worked at Hartner's Restaurant in Cranberry Township.
Mrs. Andrews enjoyed playing bridge and golf. She was very proud of her hole in one.
She was preceded in death by a brother and four sisters.
Mrs. Andrews is survived by her husband; Richard Andrews, whom she married on August 11, 1984, a son; James Ferranti of Oklahoma City, OK, four daughters and their husbands; Jill and William Heil of Cranberry Township, Jody Ferranti and Kurt Goldstrom of Baden, Jennifer Ferranti and Greg Pearcy of Dallas, TX, Janis and Tom Michael of Youngsville, two sisters; Elaine Kelly of Youngstown, OH and Judy and Leonard Penzo of Banning, GA, two brothers Thomas and Mary Scanlon, and James and Alice Scanlon of Youngstown, OH, a step daughter; Leslie and Fred Bartok of Orlando, FL, five grandchildren, two great-grandsons, two step-grandchildren, and two step-great-grandsons.
Relatives and friends of Marie S. Andrews who died on Monday, February 14, 2011, are invited to celebrate a Memorial Mass at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February, 18, 2011, at St. Ferdinand Catholic Church in Cranberry Township.
