Norma S. Dambach Barclay, 86 of Pittsburgh, passed away Saturday, December 4, 2010, at UPMC Passavant, McCandless Township.
She was born on November 3, 1924, in Evans City, and was the daughter of the late Wilbert and Viola Lutz Dambach.
Mrs. Barclay was of the Lutheran faith.
She retired from the U.S. Postal Service as a clerk on the North Side of Pittsburgh.
Mrs. Barclay was preceded in death by her daughter; Susan Staudenmaier, a sister; Olivdene Moyer, and a brother; Richard Dambach.
She is survived by a daugher; Elizabeth (James) Lehman of Cranberry Township, a son; William Barclay of Pittsburgh, a brother; Gerald (Nancy)Dambach of Zelienople, six granchildren; Russell Lehman, Kimberlee Cullen, Susan Lauvray, Carol Rhodes, Jessica Welsh, and David Staudenmaier, nine great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter.
Relatives and friends of Norma S. Dambach Barclay who died on Saturday, December 4, 2010, wll be received from 2-4 and 7-8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 7, 2010, at the A. Carl Kinsey-Ronald N. Volz Funeral Home, Inc., 328 West Main Street, Evans City, PA 16033. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday evening at 8:30 p.m. with the Rev. Edward Heller, pastor of Plains Presbyterian Church, officiating. Private burial will be held at Evans City Cemetery.
