Robert D. Woods, age 92, of Evans City passed away Thursday afternoon, September 14, 2017 at his residence.
Born June 27, 1925 in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late J. Albert and Ruth Brombach Woods.
He was of the Catholic Faith.
Bob was a Mechanical Engineer, and worked for several companies.
He was one of the founding members and a past president of the North Hills Sports Car Club.
Bob had a great passion for playing golf.
Survived by his wife Patricia Keil Woods, who he married July 7, 1961; one daughter, Karen Woods Howe of Pittsburgh; one son, John W. Woods of Evans City; one brother, William R. Woods of Valencia.
Services and burial was on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 in Greenlawn Burial Estates, Butler, PA
