Samuel E. Parker, age 60 of Beaver Falls passed away Sunday May 1, 2016 in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh after an illness.
Born in Ellwood City April 24, 1956, he was the son of Samuel B. and Grace S. Slater Parker of Zelienople.
He attended Victory Christian Church, Cranberry Twp.
He retired as a foreman from Vesuvius (Lava Crucible).
A very caring man, he put everyone’s needs above his own.
He served as an EMT for Zelienople. One project most remembered was building a car with his son. He had a love of motorcycles, though never owning one and he enjoyed the outdoors and was very interested in computers.
He is survived by his parents of Zelienople, one son, Michael (Derrillynn) Parker of Zelienople; one sister, Beverly (Jeff) Shaffer of Greencastle, PA; one brother, Tod (Tracey) Parker of Harrisburg; and his loving best friend, Lindsey Kunich of Beaver Falls.
Friends and relatives of Samuel E. Parker, who died May 1, 2016 are invited to celebrate his life with memories on Saturday May 7, 2016 from 10-noon at the A. Carl Kinsey-Ronald N. Volz Funeral Home, 114 W. Spring St., Zelienople, PA. A Memorial Service will follow with Rev. Dwayne Burfield of Dutilh United Methodist Church, Cranberry Twp. officiating.
