Kem Ann Ziegler, age 55, of Butler, passed away at her residence on Tuesday February 16, 2016, after a long struggle with Crohns Disease.
Born in Butler on April 18, 1960, to William and Anna Mae Ziegler.
She attended Butler High School. Hummingbirds fascinated her; she enjoyed gardening, crafts, and singing karaoke. She was by fair a diehard Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
The one thing she loved was her children and grandchildren.
Kem, is survived by her parents, William and Anna Mae Ziegler, of Evans City. Her two children, Amanda Hoopes of Tempe, Arizona, and her son Brian Michael of Omaha, Nebraska, her companion Perry Thomas, her four grandchildren: Ronald, Debra, Jonathan, and Alivia. She is also survived by her six siblings, Tammy, Kim, Bill, Denise, Stacey, Kevin and their families.
Friends and family of Kem who passed away February 16, 2016, will be received Friday 6 to 9 and Saturday February 20, from 1 to 3 p.m., where funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. at the Kinsey-Volz Funeral Home Evans City. Burial will be in St. John's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Connoquenessing.
