Ella A. Nable Crea of Wexford, was lifted up to be with our Lord October 24, 2015 after a short illness in Concordia of Franklin Park surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Pittsburgh, September 11, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Frederick H. and Agnes L. Schmidt Nable.
She was a member of Dutilh United Methodist Church, Cranberry Twp.
Ella retired as a Registered Nurse from Suburban General Hospital, Bellevue with over 30 years.
She graduated from Perry High School in 1945 and was a member of the Perry High School Woman's Alumni Assoc. She attended Allegheny Valley School of Nursing and graduated in 1949. She belonged to Suburban General Retiree Assoc.
Her family and friends were the heart of her life. Her caring and warmhearted nature poured out to her family and all her treasured friends. Her loving and generous spirit will be missed by all.
She was preceded in death by her husband, G. Robert Crea on June 12, 2003 one sister, Sarah Volz and one brother, Paul Nable.
She is survived by two daughters, Jane (David) Ziemba, Abingdon, MD. and Lynn (Brian) Raithel, Harmony; two sons, Robert (Gabriela) Crea, Cypress, TX. and Ted Crea, Wexford, ten grandchildren, Robert and Shannon Ziemba, Chris and Dee Tolbert, Jamie and Heather Raithel, Todd and Betsy Raithel, Erik and Heather Raithel, Jeremy Raithel, Natasha and Hector Napier, Nathaniel, Julianne and Laurence Crea; eight precious great grandchilren, Valerie, Jillian, Everett, Maguire, Hadley, Gavin, Harper, and Jakob.
The Family of Ella A. Nable Crea who passed away on October 24, 2015 will receive friends at the A. Carl Kinsey-Ronald N. Volz Funeral Home, 114 W. Spring St., Zelienople on Tuesday Ocotober 27, 2015 from 7-9 P.M. and 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. Wednesday. Services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 A.M. from the funeral home.
The family has suggested memorial donations be made to Dutilh United Methodist Church Cemetery Association, 1270 Dutilh Rd., Cranberry Twp., PA 16066 or to Good Samaritan Hospice, 3500 Brooktree Rd., Wexford, PA 15090.
