Anna R. "Toot" Critchlow Zajacs, 79 of Evans City, passed away Friday Morning October 9, 2015 in Wexford Health Center.
Born in Forward Twp., March 6, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Thelma McCormick Critchlow.
She was retired from the Seneca Valley School District as a secretary.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Meridian.
Toot was very active in the Relief Society of the Church.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Eileen and Donna Critchlow.
She is survived by her husband, John F. Zajacs who she married April 6, 1957, five sons, Michael (Jean), Mark (Lisa), and Brett (Tina) Zajacs all of Evans City, Maurice (Patti) Zajacs, Saxonburg and Matthew ( Dawn) Zajacs, Cranberry Twp.; one sister, Ruth (Chriss) Neibar, Evans City; one brother, Kenneth (Evelyn) Critchlow, Renfrew; 10 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
Services and Entombment will be at 11:00 A.M. Monday in Butler Co Memorial Chapel.
A. Carl Kinsey-Ronald N. Volz Funeral Home, 328 W. Main St., Evans City was in charge of arrangements.
