George A. Sticht, age 95, of Zelienople, died Wednesday. June18, 2014 in Ellwood City Hospital.
Born in Detroit Michigan, April 18, 1919 ,he was the son of the late John F. and Bronwen Jones Sticht.
George was of the Protestant Faith.
He was a painter of graphic arts.
George was a proud veteran of WW II serving in the infantry.
A very proud Welshman who enjoyed writing, painting and singing.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Reichert Sticht on April 6, 2010;one sister; and three brothers.
George is survived by one daughter, Nancy Thomas "Buffo" Toman of Zelienople.
Friends of George A. Sticht, who died June 18, 2014 will be received Tuesday, 7-8:30 P.M. Funeral services will then follow with Rev. Gail Davis pastor of the Faith Full Gospel Church, Zelienople officiating.

Burial will be in the Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
