Joseph P. Kroner, age 74, of Cranberry Twp. passed away Monday April 7, 2014, in UPMC Passavant, McCandless Twp.
Born March 4, 1940, in Bellevue, he was the son of the late John and Katherine Bell Kroner.
Joe was a member of St. Ferdinand Catholic Church, Cranberry Twp.
He had retired from Consolidated Communications in 2002. He had previously been an agent for Prudential Ins. Co.
He was a Veteran of the United States Navy during the Viet Nam Conflict.
He enjoyed mowing his grass and landscaping his yard.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Fehl Kroner, who he married October 16, 1965; two sons, Jeffrey (Amy) Kroner of Connoquenessing and Lewis (Christine) Kroner of New Castle; one brother, William Kroner of Cranberry Twp.; one sister, Marcelline Kroner of GA, six granchildren, Zachary, Lauren, Robert, Andrew, Emma and Rachel.
As per his wishes there is no Visitation.
