Mary E. Dewalt Williams Gillman, age 87, of Butler, passed away Wednesday evening July 24, 2013, at VNA Inpatient Hospice, Butler.
She was born June 11, 1926, in New Brighton, she was the daughter of the late Charles J. and Anna Berchtold Dewalt.
Mary was of Protestant faith.
She enjoyed attending car shows and cruz's with John.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, W. Paul Williams in 1982, and John J. Gillman in 1996, also two sisters.
Mary is survived by her companion of 16 years, John W. Maharg; John's children, Linda (William) Lutz of Butler, Carol Kravits of Philadelphia, Jerry (Janet) Maharg of Zelienople, Alvin (Janice) Maharg of MO, Connie (Marve) Gaiser of Kittanning, Merle Maharg of Boyers; a step son, Paul (Abigail) Gillman of Butler; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
The family of Mary who died on July 24, 2013, will receive friends on Sunday July 28, 2013, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home in Evans City. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00 am from the funeral home.
