Robert & Kathleen Crisci Date: 4/10/2011 | Martin was a stong person that led others in the way he lived, always fair, respectful, with expectations of honor from those he associated in business and those in family. He will be missed. I feel very sad, not being able to take him to Puerto Rico, as he wished. He supported our family in many ways, befriending my parents Harry and Frances Crisci. Our condolences to the family. May God Bless |

LISA TAYLOR Date: 4/5/2011 | Margie and Rita,
I never click onto "Inside Butler County News" on the computer and something just had me do it today. I never would have known your Dad died if I had not.
This man's obituary needs put in all of the towns where we serviced and sold Marburger milk. I am sure a lot of people would send their condolences if they knew he had just passed away.
The best milk around with the BIGGEST DATES on each bottle of milk sold. There was a time when I thought Martin's idea was a good one because he had a hard time seeing the date....and now I, too, LOVE Martin's BIG DATE stamp because I now wouldn't be able to see the date either if not for his innovative plan. Smart smart man !!!!
His idea sure was a great selling point that everyone loved. If you believe in a product, it sure is easy to sell. : )
Many many restaurants will carry on with the "famous ranch dressing" made with the Marburger Buttermilk. He was so proud when he'd start naming the list of restaurants that made their own ranch dressing with his buttermilk.
I am so glad his office holds many of the photographs I took of him as a gift for his birthday. I think he liked them too. : )
His legacy will live on forever. I am so sorry for your loss..but when you look at the smiling face in the picture you've provided for us to see....he lived a long life, a good life and he sure was proud of the long hours and hard work he put in. May he rest in peace. |
